At Yeply, we offer a fully turnkey solution, ensuring fleet issues are addressed in a timely manner (read: broken bikes are repaired within 48 hours), maximizing the percentage of bikes in operation (we call this “uptime”), and preventing you from missing out on business opportunities. Our SLAs—service level agreements—contribute to that uptime. And of course, we always tailor our service to the specific needs of your business.
