Door de exploitatie van onze website www.yeply.nl (hierna “website” genoemd) verwerken wij persoonsgegevens. Wij behandelen deze gegevens vertrouwelijk en verwerken ze in overeenstemming met de toepasselijke wetgeving – in het bijzonder de Duitse verordening inzake gegevensbescherming (DSGVO) en de Duitse federale wet inzake gegevensbescherming (BDSG-neu). 1 Information about the collection of personal data

3 Collection of personal data when visiting our website

(1) In the case of merely informational use of the website, i.e. if you do not register or otherwise transmit information to us, we only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server.     6 Special forms of use of websites

    (1) If you would like to order our service, it is necessary for the conclusion of the contract that you provide your personal data, which we need to process your order. Mandatory data necessary for the processing of contracts are marked separately, other data are voluntary. We process the data you provide to process your order. For this purpose, we may pass on your payment data to our house bank. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. b DS-GVO.

    (2) We are obliged by commercial and tax law to store your address, payment and order data for a period of ten years. However, we will restrict processing after two years, i.e. your data will only be used to comply with legal obligations.

    (3) To prevent unauthorized access by third parties to your personal data is encrypted using TLS technology.

    7 Use of the dispatch service provider “MailChimp”.

    (1) The newsletter is sent using “MailChimp”, a newsletter sending platform of the US provider Rocket Science Group, LLC, 675 Ponce De Leon Ave NE #5000, Atlanta, GA 30308, USA.

    (2) The email addresses of our newsletter recipients, as well as their other data described in the context of this notice, are stored on MailChimp’s servers in the USA. MailChimp uses this information to send and evaluate the newsletter on our behalf. Furthermore, according to its own information, MailChimp may use this data to optimize or improve its own services, e.g. to technically optimize the dispatch and display of the newsletters or for economic purposes to determine from which countries the recipients come. However, MailChimp does not use the data of our newsletter recipients to write to them itself or to pass them on to third parties.

    (3) We trust in the reliability and IT and data security of MailChimp. 8 Use of Google Analytics

(1) This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. 9 Integration of Google Maps

(1) When using the payment method of the payment service provider iZettle, the payment processing is carried out via the payment service provider iZettle AB, Regeringsgatan 59, 111 56 Stockholm, Sweden, to whom we pass on your information provided during the ordering process together with information about your order (name, address, account number, bank code, possibly credit card number, invoice amount, currency and transaction number) in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO. 11 Hotjar

This website uses Hotjar. The provider is Hotjar Ltd, Level 2, St Julians Business Centre, 3, Elia Zammit Street, St Julians STJ 1000, Malta, Europe (website: https://www.hotjar.com).
