  5. Start-up Appointment: We’ll conduct initial inspections and repairs to bring your bikes to a zero-maintenance level.
  6. My Business Demo: A walkthrough of our platform to help you efficiently manage your fleet.

WHAT IS VANTOOL?

VanTool is our platform where we document all work orders and track bike repairs. Mechanics use VanTool to manage and record the maintenance process. Your bike and business information will also be accessible on My Business, our platform designed for you to view and manage your fleet’s maintenance details.
