Light electric vehicles spend the whole day under load and under power. We maintain them at your hub, outside peak hours, so nothing has to leave the site. One fixed rate per vehicle per month, an SLA on damage reports and an uptime target per location. Tell us what the fleet looks like and we'll work out the proposal.

An LEV is not a bike with a battery bolted on. Brakes, bearings and drivetrain take delivery punishment, and a vehicle standing still costs a run. So we schedule maintenance instead of waiting for something to break.
Our mechanic brings the mobile workshop to the hub and works while the vehicles are standing still anyway.
Preventive maintenance and the wear parts that go with it, in one monthly figure you can budget.
A response time on damage and an uptime target per location, both agreed in the contract and both measured.
No quote based on a feeling, and no trial period where you have to work out for yourself whether it works. We start by looking at what's there.

An electric delivery vehicle is a work tool and an electrical appliance at the same time, and an employer is responsible for both. We inspect to NEN 3140 on your site, put the inspection sticker on each vehicle and log every inspection digitally per vehicle — so when your insurer, your health-and-safety service or an auditor asks, you can simply show it. It can be booked on its own or folded into the maintenance contract and planned in the same rhythm.
We maintain light electric vehicles for manufacturers and last mile operators in the Netherlands and Belgium — from delivery fleets to the manufacturers' own.
yeply does, at your own hub. We come to the location, work outside peak hours and charge a fixed monthly rate per vehicle covering preventive maintenance, wear parts and an SLA on response time. You see the whole fleet in yeply My Business, with history per vehicle.
Electrically assisted vehicles that are not ordinary bicycles: e-cargo bikes, delivery vehicles and comparable light electric vehicles. For this category we work to a quarterly rhythm up to 10,000 kilometres a year; above that we move to monthly.
Yes. An electric vehicle used for work is an electrical appliance as well as a work tool, so it needs a periodic electrical inspection. We inspect to NEN 3140 on your site, sticker each vehicle and keep a digital register you can produce at an audit. It can be a standalone job or part of the maintenance contract. What we don't do is decide whether it is mandatory in your situation — that depends on use, on your insurer and on your health-and-safety service.
Small faults we fix at the hub, usually within the same round. For longer downtime we can put in a replacement so the run still goes out. The response time is fixed in the SLA, so you know in advance what you can count on.
One fixed amount per vehicle per month, set by the size of the fleet, how hard it is ridden and what you want covered. Tell us what the fleet looks like and where it stands, and you'll have a proposal within a few working days.
